The Logistics Specialist II coordinates supply chain operations, focusing on shipment coordination, customs compliance, and vendor relationships. They are specifically responsible for managing import processes using the DUIMP system and ensuring adherence to Brazilian regulatory standards.
Requires a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of multi-regional logistics experience or an advanced degree. Proficiency in ERP systems, advanced Excel, and strong English communication skills are essential, along with knowledge of Brazilian regulatory authorities like ANVISA.

DESCRIPTION:
Join our organization where you'll contribute to our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. As a Logistics Specialist II, you'll help ensure seamless coordination of supply chain operations while delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll manage critical logistics processes including shipment coordination, customs compliance, inventory management, and vendor relationships. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential in optimizing logistics efficiency while maintaining quality and regulatory standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Advanced degree with no prior experience, OR Bachelor's degree with 2 years of logistics experience in a multi-regional environment.
• Preferred Fields of Study: Supply Chain Management, Foreing Trade, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., IATA, Customs Broker) Considered a plus.
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel, familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and applications. .
• Focus on DUIMP (Single Import Declaration)
• Manage import processes directly using the DUIMP (Single Import Declaration), ensuring compliance with the Single Foreign Trade Portal Program (Portal Único de Comércio Exterior).
• Monitor the implementation of DUIMP, ensuring internal processes are adapted to the new regulatory requirements.
• Validate master data, tariff classification (NCM), product attributes, administrative requirements, and all other information necessary for the accurate submission of the DUIMP.
• Support the configuration of internal systems and processes to meet the requirements of the New Import Process (NPI).
