Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences or engineering and at least 5 years of experience in operations and project management. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in medical device production, regulatory standards, and the ability to lead teams without direct authority.
As a Staff Program Manager in the Transplant Diagnostics division, you will play a pivotal role in managing projects that drive strategic operational initiatives to improve manufacturing performance, supply chain resilience, product transfer readiness, and organizational execution across the product lifecycle. You will accomplish this by applying best practices and tools in program management with the goal of delivering outcomes within the agreed-upon scope, schedule, and resources. This includes ensuring design control, compliance with regulatory guidelines, and long-term product manufacturability. Through your work, you will contribute to improving the quality of life for individuals facing transplantation, while supporting Thermo Fisher Scientific’s mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
Location: onsite West Hills, CA
