The Shipping Coordinator manages domestic and international shipments by coordinating with carriers, warehouse teams, and internal departments to ensure on-time delivery. They are responsible for preparing export documentation, maintaining logistics systems, and resolving shipment discrepancies to maintain operational efficiency.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with transportation documentation and international shipping requirements are also required.
The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring domestic and international shipments that support on-time customer delivery and efficient shipment processing. The position works closely with distribution, pack center, warehouse, customer service, carriers, freight forwarders, and other cross-functional teams to resolve shipment issues, address capacity constraints, and maintain continuity of distribution operations.
