Candidates must have 10+ years of leadership experience in home health or hospice and hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Strong expertise in regulatory compliance, data analysis, and clinical quality improvement is required.

As the Director of Clinical Excellence, you will work closely with senior leadership to drive clinical operations excellence and improve processes across our home health and hospice affiliates. This is a unique opportunity to make a measurable impact on clinical outcomes and operational efficiency by implementing best practices, developing resources, and supporting leaders in the field.
You will collaborate with field leaders to develop streamlined processes, provide educational resources, and ensure consistent application of best practices. If you’re a seasoned healthcare leader with a talent for improving operational processes, we want you on our team!
What We’re Looking For
Location: Cornerstone Service Center - Nashville, TN
Travel: Approx. Up to 50% or 26 weeks | Full-Time
Compensation: $110,000-$120,000
