Lead cash collections and reconciliation operations for Home Health and Hospice agencies while collaborating with Revenue Cycle Portfolio Leaders. Responsibilities include posting funds daily, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with payor contracts and government regulations.
Requires at least five years of cash posting experience and three years in healthcare billing and collections management. Proficiency with HCHB, Excel, and Waystar is preferred, along with strong independent judgment and communication skills.
