Lead the strategy, support, and continuous improvement of critical property technology systems across a national portfolio. Manage operational performance, vendor relationships, and security compliance while partnering with IT and Facilities teams.
Requires a tertiary qualification in IT or Computer Science and proven experience managing property or operational technology environments. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Windows, networking, ITIL, and stakeholder management skills.

As the Property Systems Lead, you'll take ownership of the technology that keeps our properties operating safely, securely and efficiently. From resident safety platforms and access control systems to operational technology across our national portfolio, you'll lead the strategy, support and continuous improvement of critical property systems.
Please note: This role requires participation in an on-call roster and occasional interstate travel across our national portfolio.
