Act as the face of Scape by managing front-of-house operations, including resident check-ins, check-outs, and lease administration. Support the student community through the coordination of events, activations, and personalized resident support.
Candidates must be proactive communicators who are comfortable engaging with young adults in a fast-paced environment. A National Police Check and a Working with Children Check (WWCC) are mandatory requirements.

As a casual team member in our the Customer Experience team, you’ll be the face of Scape, ensuring every resident, visitor, and stakeholder feels welcomed, supported, and heard. You’ll play a key role in front-of-house operations, resident support, relationship management, events, and safety, while helping create a vibrant, inclusive, and thriving student community.
