The Investment Associate will manage the full lifecycle of investment management, including fund modelling, transaction execution, and asset management. They will also contribute to strategy development and prepare reporting for the board and Investment Committee.
Candidates should have 5-8+ years of experience in real estate, corporate finance, or investment banking, along with strong financial modelling skills. A university degree in Finance, Commerce, Property, or Economics is desirable.

THE ROLE
As Investment Associate for our Retirement Living Core Fund (RLCF), you'll get exposure to the full lifecycle of investment management - from origination and transactions through to asset management and investor relations.
You'll play a hands-on role in fund modelling and capital management, contribute to real estate investment opportunities and development feasibilities, and help shape the strategy and reporting that keeps our investors, board and Investment Committee informed.
