As we continue to grow, we are investing heavily in our ServiceNow AI capabilities and are looking for an experienced ServiceNow AI & Platform Data Architect to join our team.

In this role, you will help our customers build the data and platform foundation needed to successfully adopt AI, working across CSDM, CMDB, configuration and asset data, data quality and governance. You will also contribute to our growing ServiceNow AI Control Tower (AICT) capabilities, helping customers connect their platform and data strategy with AI, automation and business value.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Strong experience with ServiceNow platform and data architecture, particularly CSDM and CMDB.

• Experience designing and implementing CMDB structures, relationships, data models and governance.

• Strong understanding of Configuration Management and asset lifecycle management.

• Experience with ServiceNow Asset Management, HAM and/or SAM.

• Experience improving CMDB and data quality, including data governance and ownership.

• Understanding of Discovery, Service Mapping and integrations and their role in maintaining reliable configuration data.

• Experience assessing customer environments and defining platform, data and maturity roadmaps.

• An understanding of how strong data foundations enable AI, automation and intelligent operations.

• Interest in or experience with ServiceNow AI Control Tower (AICT) and AI governance.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to customers.

What you will do

• Design and advise on ServiceNow platform and data architecture.

• Lead CSDM, CMDB and data maturity initiatives.

• Help customers improve their configuration, asset and service data.

• Define data governance, quality and ownership frameworks.

• Support customers in becoming AI-ready and adopting ServiceNow AI Control Tower.

• Connect platform and data strategy with AI and automation opportunities.

• Lead customer workshops, architecture discussions and solution design.

• Support presales activities and contribute to proposals and customer presentations.

Typical traits

• 3+ years of ServiceNow experience, preferably within platform architecture, CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, ITAM or data architecture.

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.

• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-Data Foundations, CIS-Discovery, CIS-HAM, CIS-SAM or CTA are an advantage.

• Experience with AI Control Tower or ServiceNow AI capabilities is a plus.

• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.

• Customer-focused and comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Fluent in English + local language
