Job Summary:
The Concierge serves as the face of the community and delivers an exceptional, hospitality-driven experience to residents and guests. This role is responsible for providing personalized service, managing front desk operations, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail in a luxury residential environment.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Administrative:
Creates an environment that assures consistent resident satisfaction at a standard on par with a 5- Star Property
Maintains a calm and pleasant personality in all types of situations and creates great customer service.
Handle resident requests including restaurant reservations, dry cleaning services, transportation, and any other “basic” concierge services.
Monitor security cameras.
Maintain organization of the resident package area
Greet residents and guests entering the building.
Assisting residents and guests on an as needed basis.
Assists with the reservations for the community room and guest suites.
Monitor facilities and equipment for cleanliness and functionality. Report feedback to management.
Assist with Social Media campaigns
General:
Support and comply with Hovde Properties’ company rules and policies.
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with prospects and residents.
Address prospects and resident inquiries promptly and professionally.
Dress in a professional manner.
Available to work a flexible schedule; weekends and evenings required.
Assist the manager in organizing and participating in resident events to enhance community engagement.
Preferred Qualifications/Credentials:
· Highly motivated individual who can work with considerable independence.
· Strong commitment to a team-oriented approach.
· Ability to attend occasional nightly meetings and networking events.
· Competence in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Physical Requirements:
· The ability to move within the office environment and navigate different areas of the organization's facilities. This may include walking, standing, and occasionally climbing stairs.
· Proficiency in using office equipment, such as computers, printers, scanners, and telephones. This may require fine motor skills and the ability to operate equipment for extended periods.
· Clear vision to read and review documents, reports, and other written materials. This may include the ability to view information on computer screens and in printed format.
· Adequate hearing to effectively communicate with colleagues, stakeholders, and team members. This includes the ability to listen actively and participate in meetings and discussions.
· The ability to maintain mental and physical energy throughout the workday. This may involve extended periods of concentration, multitasking, and managing various responsibilities simultaneously.
· Must have the ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds to facilitate moving furniture, packages or lifting supplies.
Job Type: PART TIME FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE Monday's Thru Sundays from 4:30pm to 12am.
