Provide non-medical community-based and person-centered support services to individuals with disabilities. Assist clients in their homes and communities to help them pursue personally meaningful life and professional goals.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Experience working with disabled individuals is preferred, and applicants must be at least 18 years old.

What you need to be qualified for this job
Employees are required to have the following:
Sun, Thurs and Friday 7am-7pm Hands On
Sun 10am-10pm & Friday 12pm-8pm
Work Schedule
This job will require you to work in the homes and communities of the individuals we serve. While each individual may have different hours, we have 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift responsibilities 7 days a week. This allows for flexibility in your work week. The majority of the individuals that we serve have services that require someone to be in their home 24 hours a day.
There are some individuals that are case by case basis where they have as little as 4 hours per day.
