Lead the organization's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles while providing data-informed insights to the CFO and senior leadership. Responsible for developing complex financial models, monitoring cash flow, and implementing KPIs to optimize cost structures and business productivity.
Requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics with at least 5 years of progressive financial analysis experience, including 2 years in leadership. Candidates must possess expert-level financial modeling skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Position Purpose
The Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis serves as a high-impact role in the Finance organization, working closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and senior leadership to provide data-informed insights across The Signatry. This individual will be responsible for leading our financial modeling initiatives at The Signatry, combining technical financial modeling expertise with the ability to translate the data into clear, actionable insights.

This full-time, salary position can be based in our corporate office in Overland Park, KS in a hybrid in-office/WFH setting; or can be considered a remote position based upon the candidate.
Pay Range
Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 annually, paid out semi-monthly.
