Perform all food service functions to provide up to 400 meals for camp guests, including cooking, trimming, and baking. Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen and dining environment while managing equipment and storage areas.
Requires training and experience in large-group cooking and kitchen cleaning, along with the ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Must possess a valid driver's license and a ServSafe Manager Certification.
Position Summary: Work and rotate with the Food Service Manager to perform all food service functions in the kitchen as part of Echo Grove Camp & Retreat Center, to provide up to 400 meals (typically less) for camp guests on-site. This position is mostly on weekends with flexibility to cover for the Food Service Manager as needed.
