Our Global Business Services (GBS) is the union of innovation, operational excellence, and digital transformation. The Service Management Lead is responsible for overseeing the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform within TMICC. This role ensures that digital workflows are optimized to support business objectives, drive operational efficiency, and enable seamless service delivery across the organization. By acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, the ServiceNow Lead plays a critical role in aligning technology solutions with TMICC's strategic goals, ultimately enhancing productivity and user satisfaction.
