Oversee the operational delivery of credit management processes executed by third-party service providers to ensure adherence to service levels and compliance. Act as the primary link between global strategy and operational execution while driving continuous improvement and process optimization.
Requires a university degree in Business, Finance, or a related field with over 12 years of experience in Credit Risk, O2C, or Finance operations. Proficiency in Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP-FSCM is required, preferably within a Global Business Services environment.

As the Assistant Operation Lead – Credit Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational delivery of credit management processes executed by Third-Party Service Providers (3PSPs). You will ensure adherence to defined service levels, controls, and compliance standards while acting as the key link between global strategy and operational execution.
This role focuses on ensuring operational excellence, governance, and continuous improvement across all outsourced credit management activities.
