Lead and strengthen food safety systems, compliance frameworks, and quality culture across the manufacturing site. Manage HACCP reviews, internal audits, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and external certifications.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Agriculture with over 5 years of experience in Food Safety or Quality Assurance, preferably in FMCG. Must possess strong knowledge of food safety standards like ISO 22000 and be fluent in both Arabic and English.
At Kraft Heinz, we’re looking for a Food Safety & Compliance Manager to lead and strengthen our food safety systems, compliance framework, and quality culture across the site.
In this role, you’ll help ensure our products, processes, and manufacturing practices consistently meet company standards, regulatory requirements, and recognized food safety certification schemes. You’ll drive a proactive, risk-based approach to food safety by leading programs such as HACCP, audits, risk assessments, validation and verification, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll also partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, R&D, and other cross-functional teams to embed food safety ownership into everyday decision-making and maintain strong audit readiness across the site.
