ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As a potential Change Management and Training Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a talented team of professionals at The Greentree Group in support of a client in Columbus, OH. This role will be critical in ensuring effective support of a State Government client, requiring regional travel and outreach for the state-wide implementation effort. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with a minimum of three (3) years related experience.
- In-depth understanding of organizational change management and training methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and the ability to convey ideas and concepts to clients which may include executive levels of management.
- Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work accurately and autonomously, meeting deadlines independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in organizational change management and leveraging a structured change management approach and methodology within a client environment.
- Experience delivering formal and informal training to diverse audience groups.
- Experience with Sales Force or similar CRM technology.
- Knowledgeable in Grants Management or other funding administration or capabilities.
- Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to build rapport and relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Previous background in Retail workspace a plus.
- Candidates must be U.S. Citizens.
SOME RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Travel to both the client site in Columbus, OH and a selection of stakeholder locations, primarily within an assigned Ohio region.
- Provide change management guidance to stakeholders.
- Conducting change assessments and reporting on stakeholder readiness or gaps.
- Meeting with impacted users and stakeholders face-to-face or virtually to exchange information and understand their concerns.
- Assist in supporting training initiatives for stakeholders of varying experience levels in technological and retail subject areas.
- Provide guidance and input to training development resources.
- Communicate client directives and policies to stakeholders, and collect feedback from stakeholders to relay to the client.
- Ensure timely execution of all OCM-related deliverables.
- Participate in training delivery and reinforcement on a continuous basis.

Compensation / Salary Range: Greentree adheres to federal, state, and local regulations. This is a Full-Time, Salary, Exempt position. The following salary range is what we reasonably expect to pay but is contingent and subject to a variety of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, education, certification(s), training, specialized skills, responsibilities, etc.
Salary Range: $80,000 to $90,000 annually
Bonuses: Greentree has an employee referral bonus, as well as employee bonuses based on employee contributions and Greentree’s yearly performance.
