The Line Cook is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation and assembly of menu items following organic and dietary-specific recipes. They must maintain kitchen sanitation, manage deliveries, and ensure order accuracy to provide a high-quality customer experience.
Candidates must have at least two years of restaurant experience in a fast-paced environment and hold a ServSafe certification. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for six or more hours and lift at least 40 pounds regularly.
