The Facility Director oversees the cleaning, maintenance, and operational efficiency of the YMCA complex and its grounds. This includes supervising custodial staff, managing budgets, and ensuring all safety and risk management procedures are followed.
Candidates need over 5 years of experience in large facility management with technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and pool systems. Required certifications include a current pool operator and pesticide applicator license.

Perform routine and preventative maintenance as per maintenance calendar. Inform management on any foreseeable problems with the facility and perform any repairs or renovations to the facility as required.
