Responsible for sorting, rinsing, and washing dishes, glassware, and cooking utensils using both machines and hand-washing methods. Maintains kitchen cleanliness by mopping floors, emptying trash, and ensuring safety standards for equipment temperatures.
Candidates must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment including weekends and holidays. Physical requirements include prolonged standing and the ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
