The Front of House Event Team is responsible for greeting guests, answering inquiries, and ensuring a professional and welcoming experience throughout events. Staff members also assist with venue operations, emergency protocols, and guest egress at the conclusion of performances.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills. A flexible schedule with availability for evenings and weekends is required, and an interest in orchestral music is preferred.
