The Concierge Agent is responsible for providing exceptional service by assisting guests with inquiries, reservations, and information regarding hotel amenities and local attractions. They also conduct property tours and maintain accurate records to ensure a high standard of guest satisfaction.
Candidates should have a one-year certificate from a college or technical school, or three to six months of related experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong interpersonal communication skills are required.

As a member of the Concierge team, you will ensure guest satisfaction through prompt and efficient service in a courteous and professional manner. You will be responsible for greeting, assisting, and providing guests with information.
