Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining tractor-trailers and fleet vehicles to ensure safe operations. This includes performing routine maintenance, conducting annual vehicle inspections per CFR 49, and maintaining accurate records.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and basic knowledge of diesel engines, air brakes, and hydraulic systems. Candidates must be physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various physical tasks like bending and climbing.
