Manage existing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and coordinate order flow from entry to shipment. Act as a key liaison between customers and internal production teams to manage schedules and resolve quality or delivery issues.
Requires a high school diploma and at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing office environment. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office is required, with a preference for a business-related college degree.
