Financial Service Partner (FSP I or FSP II)

We are seeking a Financial Service Partner (FSP I or FSP II) who is passionate about people, teamwork, and making a real impact. This role provides a concierge-style, consultative experience by building relationships, educating members, and helping them achieve financial success.
This position may be filled at the FSP I or FSP II level, depending on experience. FSP II team members are authorized to accept, process, and close consumer loan applications.
What You’ll Do (All Levels)
- Deliver exceptional member service aligned with credit union values
- Build relationships and recommend products and services based on member needs
- Conduct consultative conversations, including account and credit review
- Promote financial literacy and digital self-service tools
- Process teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments
- Open and maintain member accounts, including savings, checking, CDs, and IRAs
- Assist with debit cards, fraud or dispute claims, and account maintenance
- Support branch operations, including cash handling and opening or closing duties
Additional Responsibilities (FSP II)
- Accept, process, close, and fund consumer loan applications
- Explain loan products, rates, and terms
- Ensure loan documentation is accurate and compliant
- Refer mortgage and home equity loans to appropriate partners
- Handle more complex member requests and support team members
Qualifications
FSP I
- High school diploma or GED required
- One to two years of customer service or financial institution experience
- Prior cash handling experience required
- Exposure to consumer lending a plus
FSP II
- All FSP I qualifications
- Two to three years of financial institution experience
- One to two years of consumer lending experience preferred
