Lead the design and development of innovative pressure-sensitive adhesive tape solutions for the building and construction market. Manage product development projects from concept to completion while collaborating with cross-functional teams and key customers.
Requires a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science, with a PhD preferred. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
