Act as a dedicated point of contact across the end-to-end fulfillment process, coordinating inbound logistics, warehousing, order allocation, outbound dispatch and customer delivery activities to ensure high service levels and compliance with TAUS procedures.
Coordinate inbound shipment activities including ASN creation, freight documentation, ETA maintenance, customs broker and freight forwarder communication, and timely follow-up on shipment milestones and delays.
Coordinate inbound activities with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring required shipping and customs clearance documents are complete, accurate and submitted to the customs agent in a timely manner to support efficient import clearance and avoid operational delays.
Track inbound shipments closely and prioritise inbound put-away activities collaboratively with the Planning team to support stock availability, delivery commitments and operational continuity.
Support accurate product receipt and put-away processes with the external warehouse, ensuring system transactions, documentation, batch/lot traceability and stock availability are maintained accurately in SAP and related logistics portals.
Coordinate outbound order fulfillment activities with Customer Service, Sales, external warehouse providers and transport partners to support timely picking, packing, dispatch and delivery of customer orders.
Follow up and investigate any missed, short or failed customer deliveries, working with Customer Service to coordinate replacement orders and issue a letter of intent to relevant parties when necessary.
Monitor inbound and outbound logistics performance, including delivery status, backorders, urgent orders, stock availability, temperature-sensitive requirements and service exceptions, escalating risks and coordinating corrective actions as required.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in SAP, Salesforce (SFDC) and logistics partner portals to ensure system integrity, traceability, reporting accuracy and compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
Support inventory accuracy by assisting with cycle counts, variance investigation, stock adjustments, damaged/expired stock review and reconciliation activities in collaboration with warehouse and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate stock transfers between internal and external locations, including Sydney, Perth, hospital sites and other approved locations, ensuring documentation, system movements and operational controls are completed correctly.
Partner with CH Robinson, DHL, freight forwarders, couriers and other logistics providers to monitor shipment status, resolve transport issues, support customs clearance, and maintain continuity across inbound and outbound workflows.
Support prioritisation of urgent, standard, bulk and direct-to-customer deliveries, ensuring transport mode selection aligns with customer requirements, service expectations, cost control and compliance obligations.
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to support urgent deliveries, including patient-on-table requirements, ensuring appropriate escalation, prioritisation and logistics coordination.
Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities across fulfillment, inbound logistics, outbound distribution, warehouse processes, freight efficiency, system accuracy and cost management.
Create, maintain and govern Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions, ensuring documents are quality-approved, regularly reviewed and up to date to support compliance, consistency and operational excellence across fulfillment processes.
Support cross-functional initiatives and projects, including inventory optimisation, new product launches, logistics transitions, contract logistics improvements and customer service enhancement activities.
Collaborate with the broader Supply Chain and Operations team to ensure alignment with business priorities, issue resolution, service delivery and successful execution of operational objectives.
Experience within a supply chain, logistics, warehousing, order fulfillment or operations role, with demonstrated ability to deliver against service, cost and performance targets.
Strong understanding of inbound logistics, outbound distribution, warehouse coordination, inventory transactions and customer delivery requirements.
Ability to coordinate customer communication and customs documentation requirements, ensuring inbound clearance information is submitted accurately and on time.
Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to manage competing priorities, follow up operational exceptions and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret operational data, identify risks and recommend process improvements.
Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset, balancing service delivery, freight efficiency, cost control and compliance requirements in a regulated healthcare environment.
