Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in growth or marketing roles within high-growth B2B SaaS startups. A strong ability to leverage AI tools and a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset are essential for this position.

Terial is disrupting the ~$13+ trillion global construction industry with AI-powered workflow automation software for commercial roofers and contractors. Our platform replaces the fragmented patchwork of spreadsheets, legacy software, and disconnected point solutions that break as companies scale, helping contractors run more efficient and profitable operations. Backed by top-tier investors and serving hundreds of customers nationwide, we’re scaling rapidly and looking to bring on our first dedicated marketing hire.
We’re looking for a Director of Growth to help define and execute Terial’s marketing and demand generation strategy. You’ll report directly to the CEO and operate as a hands-on individual contributor responsible for building our demand generation engine.
You’ll own content, campaigns, and events end-to-end while partnering closely with sales and leadership to generate measurable revenue impact. The ideal candidate is an AI-native growth operator who thrives in ambiguity and moves quickly from idea to execution. This is an in-person role (M-Th) at our office in Flatiron NYC.
Salary: $120,000 - $185,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
