Responsible for preparing food items to order following standard recipes and ensuring proper portioning for guests. Maintains kitchen cleanliness by sanitizing equipment and managing food storage to prevent spoilage.
Requires a minimum of 2 years of restaurant line experience and a valid food handler's card. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs in a hot kitchen environment.
