The role involves identifying and closing partnerships with educational institutions and language schools to grow the Tandem community. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to activation and maintain long-term partner performance and retention.
Candidates should have a background in sales or partnerships and be comfortable with outreach via email and phone. Excellent English communication skills and experience with CRM tools are required, while German skills are a plus.
