We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our team (Hybrid - Lisbon)

What you’ll do:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (end-to-end);
  • Identify and attract top IT talent through multiple channels (LinkedIn, databases, referrals, networking);
  • Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate suitability;
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and define hiring strategies;
  • Create, optimise and publish compelling job advertisements;
  • Evaluate candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit;
  • Maintain and manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience;
  • Monitor IT market trends and continuously improve recruitment practices.

What you will need to bring:

• Previous experience in recruiting IT profiles (e.g., Software Developers, DevOps Engineers, QA, etc.);
  • Strong understanding of the IT market and common technology stacks;
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing and headhunting techniques;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously;
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.
