Collaborate with the Underwriting Engineering team to manage the full testing lifecycle from requirement analysis to final release sign-off. Partner with Product Managers and SDETs to prioritize testing efforts and expand automated test coverage.
Requires 4+ years of QA experience focusing on manual testing, API validation via Postman/Swagger, and data validation using PostgreSQL. Candidates must have strong English skills and be available for occasional afternoon/evening meetings to align with US time zones.

About the role:
As a Senior QA Engineer, you will join our Underwriting team who is on a mission to make risk-informed decisions faster, smarter and more consistent – across the entire quote and policy lifecycle. We're building decisioning models and underwriting rules that power profitable growth, and we need quality at the heart of it.
Joining the team, you'll work across backend and frontend systems in a team that's 70% focused on new development. That means less maintenance treadmill, more building something that matters. You'll collaborate closely with engineers, product manager, and data teams across US and Poland – gaining real cross-functional exposure while helping share how we ship reliable software at scale. This is a role where your work has direct line to business outcomes. If you care about quality as a craft, not just a checkbox, than is a right palce for you :)
