The role involves preparing fresh sushi ingredients and raw fish while ensuring strict adherence to food safety and allergen compliance. Additionally, the manager is responsible for maintaining a clean workspace and providing high-quality service to customers.
Candidates must be energetic, flexible, and capable of working early morning shifts starting at 6am. A strong understanding of Food Safety and Health and Safety regulations is required, along with reliable transportation.

Be a skilled Multitasker in a fast-paced environment
Able to clean the workspace and storerooms as required

Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safe environment for our customers, our clients and ourselves.
An early riser as shifts can start at 6am some days
