Support the Head of Safety in delivering a compliant food safety, quality, and environmental programme across the UK and Ireland. Manage microbiological testing, lead third-party audits, and ensure legislative compliance through training and stakeholder engagement.
Requires experience in food safety or quality assurance within manufacturing, retail, or hospitality, with Level 4 certifications in Food Safety and HACCP. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills and experience in microbiology and stakeholder management.
