Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Strong written/oral communication skills with diverse populations including families, public, peers, and staff.
Effectively utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to complete daily task and mandatory reports.
Accepting incoming calls and/or faxes, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and organizing files
Previous Administrative/Office Assistant Experience in the Medical setting is recommended, but not required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license in good standing
