Turning Point Homes, LLC is seeking a fully licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT) to join our Outpatient School Based Services team. We are looking for contract therapist to serve Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools. The CMS school is Selwyn Elementary, zip code 28211. This is the south Charlotte area. For over 23 years, we’ve been committed to delivering high‑quality, client‑centered mental health services across the region. Position Summary
• Provide individual therapy—and family therapy when appropriate—in office or school‑based settings • Deliver services through in‑person or telehealth formats based on client needs • Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with Medicaid 8C policy and MCO standards • Support clients through high‑quality, evidence‑informed outpatient treatment
Essential Duties
• Provide individual and family therapy through in‑person or telehealth sessions • Complete documentation within required timeframes per Medicaid Coverage Policy 8C • Maintain compliance with all outpatient service standards and MCO guidelines • Oversee administrative tasks including intakes, authorizations, reauthorizations, and productivity requirements • Respond promptly and professionally to new referrals and ensure all stakeholders remain informed • Participate in supervision, CEUs, and agency‑required training to maintain licensure • Perform additional duties as assigned
