Interns will work with consultants to develop structured solutions for complex business challenges across various industries. They will also conduct an independent research project and present insights to the firm.
Applicants must be penultimate or final year undergraduate students with strong academic performance and unrestricted Australian working rights. Candidates should demonstrate natural problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.

The SPP Summer Internship Program is designed for undergraduate students interested in exploring a career in strategic management consulting.

You must be a current undergraduate student in your penultimate or final year of study, have strong academic performance, be available to attend the full internship program, and be available to commence full-time work in 2027.

Applicants must have unrestricted Australian working rights or working rights that allow them to complete the internship and commence full-time work in 2027.
