The RMA Coordinator manages the full Return Merchandise Authorization lifecycle for GPU hardware, acting as the primary liaison between vendors and data center teams. They are responsible for tracking defective hardware, coordinating replacements, and maintaining accurate inventory records to minimize operational impact.
Requires 2-4+ years of experience in IT hardware logistics, asset management, or RMA coordination. Candidates must be proficient in using vendor portals and ticketing systems, with a preference for those familiar with GPU server hardware and NVIDIA systems.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and reference verification. All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
