Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile practices to support software development teams in delivering value. Gather and translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories.
Requires a bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Business Analyst in Agile environments. Must be able to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.
As a Steampunk Business Analyst/Scrum Master, you will facilitate Scrum practices for an Agile software development team and help gather, analyze, and document user requirements. You will provide expertise in Agile best practices, business process and system analysis, and translating business needs into clear technical requirements.
Steampunk relies on several factors to determine salary, including but not limited to geographic location, contractual requirements, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
