Assist project management and production leaders in the technical execution of live, virtual, and hybrid events. Coordinate logistics for equipment and personnel while communicating with clients and vendors.
Requires at least two years of experience in customer service or events and a Bachelor's degree. Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and be willing to travel and work non-traditional hours.

Stamm Media Tech is seeking a Event Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the technical execution of live, virtual, and hybrid events from corporate meetings to tradeshows. You will succeed in this role if you are a successful multi-tasker and are quick to meet deadlines.
