Medical Assistants facilitate all aspects of the patient visit experience in a geriatric primary care clinic. Key duties include room setup, taking vitals, performing EKGs, drawing blood, and assisting with in-office procedures.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and completion of an accredited MA, EMT, or Paramedic program. Certification (CMA, RMA, etc.) is preferred, as is experience caring for older adults.
