Provide day-to-day supervision, guidance, and trauma-informed support for women in a 24/7 residential treatment program. Responsibilities include monitoring client behavior, administering medication, facilitating groups, and ensuring facility safety and accountability.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree or two years of experience/coursework in Human Services. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license, insurance, and First Aid/CPR/Medication Aide certifications.
Therapeutic Mentors support women participating in 24/7 residential treatment by providing day-to-day supervision, guidance, and encouragement in a safe, structured, and trauma-informed environment. The role includes monitoring client activities and behaviors, assisting with daily living tasks, supporting medication administration per policy, documenting observations, facilitating groups, responding to crises, and ensuring program safety and accountability. Therapeutic Mentors work collaboratively with program and clinical staff to promote recovery, stability, and skill development while modeling appropriate boundaries, professionalism, and respectful communication.
