The attorney will draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate documents including purchase agreements and leases. They will manage all stages of commercial transactions from due diligence through closing while collaborating with senior partners.
Candidates must possess a J.D. from an accredited law school and a minimum of 7 years of experience in transactional real estate law. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are required to manage multiple matters independently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions and leasing matters. This role offers the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients including developers, landlords, tenants, technology companies and institutional investors.
