The agent is responsible for welcoming guests and managing the check-in and check-out processes to ensure a seamless experience. They must respond to guest requests promptly and resolve concerns through attentive service recovery.
A high school diploma is required, along with one year of customer service experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Previous hotel front desk experience and familiarity with Fosse PMS are preferred.
