The Inclusion Coach provides individualized coaching, consultation, and training to child care centers to support high-quality, inclusive practices. They conduct assessments, facilitate improvement plans, and connect centers with community resources to enhance child outcomes.
Candidates must have at least three years of experience in early childhood education and knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices. The role requires a valid Arizona driver's license, an insured vehicle, and an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.

The Inclusion Coach will provide individualized coaching, consultation, and training to child care centers to support high-quality, inclusive practices. This role conducts assessments, facilitates the development and implementation of customized center improvement plans, connects centers with relevant community resources, and delivers targeted training and support based on identified needs.
