The Maintenance Director is responsible for the upkeep of the community's interior and exterior grounds, including building repairs and lawn maintenance. They also oversee equipment functionality, prepare apartments for new residents, and maintain state-required fire safety and emergency records.
Candidates should have experience in maintenance with specific knowledge of structural, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Experience in building safety and hazard reduction is preferred.
