The Assistant Wellness Director implements nursing policies and ensures the delivery of compassionate, quality care for residents. They are responsible for conducting assessments, monitoring staff performance, and documenting significant changes in resident conditions.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school (LPN/LVN). The role requires two years of professional nursing experience in senior living and two years of supervisory experience with direct care staff.
