The Senior Chef de Partie is responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes while supporting the Sous and Head Chefs in efficient service. They must ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards and mentor junior kitchen staff.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a high-profile venue and a passion for first-class service. A culinary qualification such as NVQ Level 1 or 2 is preferred but not essential.

Your main responsibility is to demonstrate technical expertise, a strong understanding of kitchen operations, and a proactive attitude towards training, hygiene, and consistency. You will contribute to menu development, ensure compliance with allergy procedures and dietary requirements, and act as a role model to more junior kitchen staff. .
