The Duty Manager oversees daily site operations to ensure cohesive, efficient, and safe performance across all departments. They act as a brand ambassador while supporting staff development and maintaining high service standards for members and guests.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong interpersonal skills, a passion for customer service, and the flexibility to work weekends and holidays are essential.
