Support the bar team by restocking ingredients, polishing glassware, and maintaining a pristine work environment. Act as a liaison between the bar and floor by delivering drinks orders to members' tables.
Requires 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity with a basic understanding of bar operations and hygiene. Candidates must be hospitable, flexible with scheduling, and able to work effectively both autonomously and in a team.
At Soho House, a Barback plays an essential supporting role in the smooth and efficient operation of the bar. Working alongside the bar team, you’ll ensure that bartenders have everything they need to deliver fast, high-quality service to our members and guests.
Your main responsibility is to assist the bar staff and make sure the member gets a superior experience. You will deliver drinks orders from the bar to members’ tables, acting as a point of contact between the bar and the floor.
